I so agree with your enjoyment of the kudos button, particularly for short works. It's going to be even better when there are a multiplicity of mediums at the AO3 and I can also use it for many artworks, vids, or podfics when I otherwise can't think of anything particularly helpful to say in a comment. (Obviously some of these works already exist there but it's really going to boom when they offer hosting as well as linking).
