I don't know if you poked someone backchannel, but shortly after this I got a reponse other than the autoresponder. Something about indexing being borked so that hits for the metatag "Campbell" were turning up in "Campbell Bain" when they shouldn't have been (I guess people watching other Campbells were experiencing parallel problems?). All fix now!
