Enhancement requests, and wondering about a support request I never heard back from

1. Is there a place to submit enhancement requests, as opposed reporting problems? (I thought it would be handy if in kudos notifications the username of the person who left the kudos was a link to their profile. When people leave me reviews or kudos I like to go check out if they have written anything and/or bookmarked any fic I might like, which would be quicker if that was a link.)

2. Back on April 22 I sent a support request because I had been noticing for a while before that that I was getting what appeared to be bad hits in the RSS feed for the character tag Campbell Bain, i.e. fic that was not actually tagged Campbell Bain but tagged with various other Campbells, as though there had maybe been an inappropriate wrangle to alias characters that shouldn't have been aliased. I never received any reply (and from the look of the tag page it has not been fixed). Should I send another one? do nothing? other? (... dunno what "other" would be XD )

You can send enhancement requests to the same support form. If you didn't get a reply, it probably means there was a typo in your email address.

All of those things are appropriate to send through the support form!

If you included an email, you should have heard something back about the tag-related one by now, though, even if it was just acknowledging they got it.

But I'm not seeing any aliasing on that tag at all, so I don't think it's a wrangling issue - which means something extra weird is going on with it, because it sure does look like there's works there that don't belong, unless the wrangling was just recently fixed and the indexing hasn't caught up.
