Question about collections

There's an option on the "New Collection" page where the wording is a bit weird. What does this mean?

"This collection is unrevealed"

That the collection is hidden from public view?

I'm wanting to make some reading lists and I'm thinking of using collections.

Thanks for the explanation, I never would have guessed that. How are you meant to know it's referring to the authors inside the collection, and not the collection itself.

So then what does the next option mean? "This collection is anonymous"

Oops, my bad. I got mixed up and said the wrong thing to you in my first reply.

"This collection is anonymous" means that author names will appear as "Anonymous", and "This collection is unrevealed" means that none of the fanworks in the collection will be shown at all, instead there will be a placeholder saying "Mystery work".

I'm sorry, it's pretty confusing for me too, even though I have actually moderated collections before.
